Clinical Value Analysis of Osteoporotic Spinal Compression Fractures
Objective To analyze the clinical operation value of osteoporotic spinal compression fracture. Methods 60 patients with osteoporotic spinal compression fracture who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP),while the control group was treated with percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP).The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the pain visual blur score(VAS),dysfunction index score(Oswestry)and vertebral height of the two groups were significantly improved, but the vertebral height of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The operation time and bone cement injection amount of the control group were higher than those of the observation group, and the difference between the two groups was also statistically significant(P<0.05).The bone cement leakage in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both the observation group and the control group can significantly improve the symptoms and relieve the pain of patients with osteoporotic spinal compression fractures, and have good application effect and value in the treatment of osteoporotic spinal compression fractures.
