Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi decoction in the treatment of primary hypothyroidism.Methods 60 patients with primary hypothyroidism admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,namely control group and study group.They were treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets and supplemented with Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets,respectively,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The TCM syndrome score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than 16.66%in the control group;The level of thyroid hormone in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in primary hypothyroidism can not only alleviate the symptoms of patients,improve the thyroid function of patients,but also reduce the adverse reactions and improve the safety of medication.
