Risk Factors for Contralateral Hip Refracture in Elderly Patients after Hip Fracture Surgery
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of lateral hip refracture in elderly patients after hip fracture. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with hip fracture admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to February 2022 were selected for hip fracture surgery, and were recorded as fracture rehabilitation group(n=30)and fracture risk group(n=70),and the related risk factors of hip refracture were statistically analyzed, and scientific prevention programs were formulated to promote better rehabilitation of patients. Results The mean age of patients in the fracture risk group was(80.23±4.28)years old,71 patients could not conduct functional training in time after surgery, accounting for 73.3%,19 patients belonged to osteoporosis, accounting for 63.3%,23 cases were accompanied by medical diseases, accounting for 76.7%,and 17 cases were poor compliance, accounting for 56.7%.Hip function evaluation was observed at the last time The mean score was(82.03±2.40).There was statistical significance in the data of each item compared with that of the fracture rehabilitation group. There were many risk factors for lateral hip refracture, including old age, osteoporosis, accompanying medical problems,no timely functional training after surgery, poor compliance, and hip function score at the last observation. Conclusion For elderly patients with hip fracture surgery intervention, medical workers should implement targeted interventions, prevent patients with osteoporosis, design scientific functional training programs, dynamically understand hip functional performance, effectively carry out postoperative guidance, avoid patients with lateral hip refracture after surgery, and ensure the quality of rehabilitation of patients.
