Clinical Effect Dexmedetone Combined with Reinforcing Kidneys and Miscarriage Prevention Pill on Second Child Threatened Miscarriage of Advanced Maternal Age
Objective To explore effect of dexmedroxyprogesterone combined with reinforcing kidneys and miscarriage prevention pill in treatment of second child threatened miscarriage of advanced maternal age.Methods The paper chose 80 advanced maternal patients with second child threatened miscarriage admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with treatment with dexmedetone,while study group with reinforcing kidneys and miscarriage prevention pill.Fetal protection effect,β-HCG,E2,pregnancy outcomes and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results Total effective rate of study group was better than control group(P<0.05).Serum β-hCG and E2 showed no difference before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,study group had higher incidence(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse pregnancy in study group was lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of dexmedetone and reinforcing kidneys and miscarriage prevention pill can achieve significant effect,improve hormone levels and pregnancy outcomes of advanced maternal patients with second child threatened miscarriage.At the same time,it has fewer adverse reactions and higher safety.
