Objective To compare and analyze curative effect of diane-35 and drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods The paper chose 128 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Zhuhai City Xiangzhou District the Second People's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 as case data for study,and divided them into reference group and study group with odd and even number lottery method,with 64 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets,while study group with diane-35 treatment.Effect,glucose and lipid metabolism indicators,and serum sex hormones were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,levels of luteinizing hormone and testosterone in study group were lower than control group,follicle stimulating hormone was higher than control group.Values of glucose and lipid metabolism indicators in study group were lower than control group.Total effective rate of treatment in study group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diane-35 and drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets can achieve recognized curative effect for polycystic ovary syndrome,can enhance pharmacological effect of contraceptives.
