Curative Effect Analysis of Demethylated Drugs Combined with CAG Scheme on Elderly Leukemia Or Refractory Relapsed Leukemia
Objective To analyze curative effect of demethylating drugs and CAG scheme on elderly leukemia patients and relapsed and refractory leukemia.Methods The paper chose 80 leukemia patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2021,and divided them into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)respectively based on difference of treatment methods,treated with routine treatment and combination of demethylated drugs and CAG scheme.Curative effect,incidence of adverse reactions,VEGF and bHGF levels,6-month survival rate,life quality were compared under different intervention measures.Results Curative effect in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Adverse reaction incidence in observation group showed a downward trend(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in VEGF and bHGF levels between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,average levels of VEGF and bHGF in observation group were better than control group(P<0.05).Comparison showed,life quality scoresd in observation group were higher(P<0.05).6-month survival rate in observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion During nursing period of leukemia patients,combination of demethylated drugs and CAG scheme can improve clinical symptoms,reduce incidence of adverse reactions,improve 6-month survival rate,life quality and treatment level significantly,which is worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.
