Effect Analysis of Early Dynamic Interlocking Intramedullary Nails for Lower Limb Fractures
Objective To explore clinical effect of early dynamic interlocking intramedullary nails for patients with lower limb fractures. Methods The paper chose 50 patients with lower limb fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2022,and divided them into control group and experimental group according to digital table method, with 25 cases in each group.Control group was treated with interlocking intramedullary nails, while experimental group with early dynamic interlocking intramedullary nails.Recovery of fractures, lower limb function scores, and complications of patients were analyzed and compared. Results Clinical healing time, bone healing time, and hospital stay of experimental group was shorter(P<0.05).Lower limb function scores of experimental group was higher(P<0.05),data was statistically significant.Incidence of complications in experimental group was 4.00%,lower than 32%in control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Early dynamic interlocking intramedullary nails can achieve definite therapeutic effect for patients with limb fractures, with faster fracture healing, shorter hospital stay, better lower limb function and safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
