Effect of Orthodontic Combined with Implant Anchorage on Dental Protrusion and its Influence on PAR Index
Objective To investigate the effect of orthodontic and implant support on PAR index in the treatment of dental protrusion.Methods From January 2019 to December 2022,74 patients with orthodontics treated in Xiangshui County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study target,and divided into groups according to different treatment plans.The control group(37 cases)was treated with other enhanced orthodontics.Observation group(37 cases)was treated with orthodontic implant anchorage combined method;The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed and compared.The displacement distance of molar teeth and the difference of convex pitch and inclination of upper central incisor were measured after treatment.PAR index of the two groups was evaluated before and after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was compared.The adverse reactions after treatment were observed in each group and the total incidence was compared.Results The total effective rate of patients with dental protrusion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the displacement distance of molar teeth in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference of convex pitch and inclination of upper and middle incisor teeth were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PAR index scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),PAR index scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05),in addition,the total probability of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of dental protrusion can be combined with orthodontic implant anchorage technology,which can effectively improve the curative effect,improve PAR index score,and reduce alleviate the adverse symptoms of patients after treatment.It is advocated and promoted.
