Value of Urinary Glucose and Urinary Microprotein Detection in Diagnosis of Early Renal Injury in Diabetes Mellitus
Objective To explore the clinical application value of urine sugar combined with urinary microprotein detection in patients with early diabetic kidney injury. Methods In this study,30 patients with early diabetic kidney injury admitted from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as data analysis objects and set as study group, while 30 patients with diabetes in the same period were selected as control group. The levels of urinary sugar and urinary microprotein were compared between the two groups:positive rate, sensitivity and specificity were compared. Results The levels of urinary sugar and urinary microprotein were compared between the two groups, study group(4.51±0.65)mmol/L、(36.45±3.74)m/L is higher than the control group, significant difference(P<0.05).The positive rate(93.33%),sensitivity(96.55%)and specificity(100.00%)of combined detection were higher than those of single detection of urinary glucose and urinary microprotein, the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In early diabetic patients with renal injury, the levels of urinary glucose and urinary trace protein were higher, and the positive rate, sensitivity and specificity were higher after combined detection. The detection of urinary glucose and urinary trace protein was worthy of promotion and implementation in clinical programs.
