Clinical Study on the Effect of Breathing Training Combined with Spinal Manipulation on Lumbar Disc Herniation and Lumbar Function
Objective To observe the effect of spinal manipulation combined with breathing training for patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods Through collecting 80 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients in our hospital, and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the control group received spinal manipulation treatment, the experimental group combined breathing training on the basis of the control group.By comparing the JOA score,ODI score,VAS score, efficacy evaluation, symptom and sign score of the two groups, the improvement of lumbar function and the evaluation of treatment effect of the patients with lumbar disc herniation were discussed. Results By comparing the JOA parameters of the control group and the experimental group, the overall effect of the experimental group was better(P<0.05).The ODI score of the two groups was compared, and the ODI score of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group after treatment, and the overall effect was good(P<0.05).By comparing the VAS of low back pain before and after treatment of the two groups, there was no significant difference in the VAS of the experimental group before treatment, while the VAS score of the experimental group after treatment was lower than that of the control group, and the effect was better(P<0.05).By comparing the efficacy evaluation of the two groups of patients, the overall effective rate of the experimental group was compared with the control group, the overall effect was better(P<0.05).On the basis of the comparison of the scores of symptoms and signs after treatment, the pain symptoms, movement disorders, activity limitations and sensory disorders of patients with lumbar disc herniation in the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The spinal manipulation combined with breathing training for patients with lumbar disc herniation can significantly improve the patients'conditions and the overall effect is good.
