Application of Holmium Laser Combined with Laparoscopic Choledochoscopy in Hepatolithiasis
Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of holmium laser combined with laparoscopic choledochoscopy in the treatment of patients with hepatolithiasis. Methods 40 patients with hepatolithiasis, including 24 males and 16 females, were enrolled in the Department of General Surgery of Liyang People's Hospital from May 2019 to May 2023.They were divided into control group and observation group by random sampling method, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional lithotomy forceps, while the observation group was treated with holmium laser combined with laparoscopic choledochoscopy. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, lithotomy effect and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After operation, the operation time, intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay of observation group were shorter than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation, the stone residual rate in observation group was lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After operation, the complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Conclusion Holmium laser combined with laparoscopic choledochoscopy has good clinical efficacy, which can improve the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, stone removal effect and complications of patients with hepatolithiasis.
