Clinical Analysis of Video-supported Laryngoscope Surgery for Vocal Nodules and Vocal Cord Polyps
Objective To investigate the effect of video supported laryngoscope in the treatment of vocal nodules and vocal cord polyps. Methods In this study,65 patients with vocal nodules and vocal polyps admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to March 2023 were selected as data analysis objects, and grouped into control(n=32)and observation(n=33)groups by random number table method. The control group received routine support laryngoscope surgery, and the observation group received video support laryngoscope surgery. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. The time of hoarseness disappearance and hospital stay were compared. The complication rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results The comparison of treatment effect between the two groups, the observation group accounted for 96.97%,the control group accounted for 78.13%,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).The hiss disappearance time(2.35±0.43)d and hospitalization time(4.18±0.99)d in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).The complication rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were 6.06%and 3.03%in the observation group and 25.00%and 18.75%in the control group, which were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion video-supported laryngoscope surgery for vocal nodules and vocal cord polyps can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect and reduce the incidence Short hoarseness disappearance time, hospital stay, reduce complications, low recurrence rate, high safety, worthy of promotion and implementation in the clinical treatment of vocal nodules and vocal cord polyps.
