Analysis of the Value of Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Cerebral Infarction Patients with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis
Objective To investigate the effect of Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on cerebral infarction patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods From October 2021 to March 2023,60 cases of patients with 11 cerebral infarction of Qi deficiency and blood stasis were treated in our hospital as the object of this study.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method.The control group included 30 patients,who received basic treatment;The experimental group of 30 patients,take basic treatment added Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi decoction and acupuncture treatment.NIHSS score and BI index,TCM syndrome score and treatment results were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,NIHSS score,BI index and TCM syndrome score of experimental group had little difference with control group(P>0.05);After treatment,NIHSS score of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05),BI index was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant:the treatment result of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The combined application of Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and acupuncture and moxibustion can significantly improve the TCM syndrome score of cerebral infarction patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,and the treatment method is worth popularizing.
