Effect of Moderate Anal Expansion Combined with Indomethacin Suppository in Patients with Wound Pain after External Stripping and Internal Ligation of Mixed Hemorrhoids
Objective To observe the effect of moderate anal expansion combined with indomethacin suppositories in patients with wound pain after external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 42 patients with anorectal surgery were enrolled in the Anal and intestinal Department of Baoying Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jiangsu Province from January 2022 to January 2023.The patients were divided into control group(with indomethacin embolization)and observation group(with moderate anal dilation combined with indomethacin embolization)according to random number table method,and the pain and adverse events of the two groups were observed Condition,recovery condition and pain factor condition.Results After treatment,the pain(VAS)scores of the observation group at 2h,4h,8h,12h and 24h were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The hospitalization time,the first time to go to the ground after surgery,the healing time and the postoperative bleeding time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum Substance P(SP),bradykinin(BK)and nerve growth factor(NGF)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Moderate anal expansion combined with indomethacin suppository can effectively improve postoperative pain,shorten postoperative healing time and postoperative bleeding time of patients,reduce the incidence of residual skin mark and anal stenosis to a certain extent,improve the pain factors of patients,and can be widely applied.
