Effects of Miao Medicine Spiced Blood Vine on Body Mass and Organ Index in Rats with Gouty Arthritis
Objective To analyze the effects of Miao Medicine Spiced blood vine on body mass and organ index in rats with gouty arthritis,and to explore the possible mechanism of action of Miao medicine Spiced blood vine on gouty arthritis.Methods The study period was 2019.7-2022.12,the study object was 60 rats.The rat model of acute gouty arthritis was established by urate induction.The rats were randomly divided into six groups and different measures were implemented on them,including blank control group(10 rats),model control group(10 rats),low-dose group(10 rats).63mg/kg spiced blood vine),medium dose group(10 spiced blood vine,126mg/kg),high dose group(10 spiced blood vine,252mg/kg),colchicine group(10 colchicine,0.3mg/kg),and the changes of various indexes of different model rats were analyzed.Results No rats died in the blank control group and the colchicine group,and the other groups died to varying degrees.Compared with the blank control group,the organ index and body weight of rats in the other groups changed in different degrees,and the characteristics of organ index and body weight of rats after different drug treatment were different from those of the model control group.Compared with the blank control group,the levels of inflammatory factors were increased in different model rats,among which the inhibition of inflammatory factors in gouty arthritis rats was basically the same as that of solid colchicine,and the inhibitory effect of low dose and high dose of Miao medicine spiced blood vine on inflammatory factors in gouty arthritis rats was limited,which was worse than that of medium dose of Miao medicine spiced blood vine(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of different doses on body mass and organ index of rats with gouty arthritis are different,and the inhibitory effects on inflammatory factors are also different.The selection of medium doses can better inhibit inflammatory factors in rats with acute gouty arthritis model,and ensure the influence on liver,spleen and kidney,which should be continuously increased in the future The study provided reference for the treatment of gouty arthritis with Spiced blood vine.
