Clinical Research on the Key Issues of TCM Prevention and Treatment of Degenerative Diseases of Bone and Joint
Objective In this paper,the key clinical research on the prevention and treatment of bone and joint degenerative diseases by traditional Chinese medicine was discussed and briefly analyzed.Methods Select sixty cases of degenerative diseases admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 as the main research object of this discussion,according to random number selection method sixty cases of patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,thirty cases in each group.Among them,patients in the control group were treated with non-body anti-inflammatory drugs alone,and patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine alone.By comparing the total effective rate,adverse reactions and VAS scores of the two groups,clinical research and discussion on the key issues of the prevention and treatment of bone and joint degenerative diseases with traditional Chinese medicine were finally completed.Results According to the data,the total effective rate(obvious,effective,ineffective,total effective rate)of the two groups of patients was observed.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The adverse reactions(nausea,abdominal distension,diarrhea,leucopenia,abnormal liver function and total incidence of adverse reactions)after treatment were observed in the two groups.The total incidence of nausea,abdominal distension,diarrhea,leucopenia,abnormal liver function and adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);VAS scores of the two groups were observed,and there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion To sum up,the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of bone and joint degenerative diseases has a significant effect.Compared with the single use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,it can further reduce the pain of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the treatment rate of patients,and can be greatly applied in clinical medicine.
