Effect of Standardized Cancer Pain Nursing Intervention on Life Quality and Psychological Status of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Patients
Objective To explore effect of standardized cancer pain nursing intervention on life quality and psychological status of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine analgesic intervention scheme,while observation group with standardized cancer pain nursing intervention scheme.Pain evaluation scores,immune function index detection values,life quality index evaluation scores,and psychological condition index evaluation scores of different groups were compared.Results There was no difference in pain scale scores between two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,all data in each group decreased,that of observation group was lower(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in immune function indicators between two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,both CD3+and CD4+items decreased,while CD8+items increased.However,degree of change in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in life quality indicators,including social and family status,physiological status,emotional status and functional status between two groups,(P>0.05).After intervention,all indicators increased,data in observation group was higher(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in psychological status,including anxiety and depression indicators,(P>0.05).After intervention,all data decreased,and that of observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized cancer pain nursing interventions can alleviate pain,enhance immunity,improve life quality,alleviate negative emotions,improve nursing satisfaction degree of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,which have significant value of application.
