Effect of Negative Pressure Wound Nursing in Postoperative Wound Healing of General Surgical Patients
Objective To analyze effect of negative pressure wound nursing measures on postoperative wound healing of general surgical patients. Methods The paper chose 80 patients in general surgery department of our hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 as research subjects, and divided them into two groups with random number table method for comparative analysis.Control group(40 cases)was treated with routine nursing, while observation group(40 cases)with negative pressure wound nursing.Wound healing time, pain, postoperative infection rate, and nursing satisfaction degree between two groups was compared. Results After negative pressure wound nursing intervention, wound healing time, bleeding volume, and pain numerical scores(NRS)of observation group were lower than control group, difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of postoperative infection in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was significantly higher than control group, there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion During postoperative nursing of general surgical patients, negative pressure wound nursing measures can achieve significant effect, shorten wound healing time of patients, help reduce pains, incidence of postoperative wound infection, and improve nursing satisfaction degree of patients.
