Study on the Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medical Rehabilitation Exercise in Decumbent Position in Rehabilitation Nursing of Patients after Spinal Internal Fixation
Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)rehabilitation exercise applied in the rehabilitation nursing of patients after spinal internal fixation.Methods The study period was from October 2020 to June 2022,and the subjects were 90 patients who underwent spinal internal fixation treatment.According to the different postoperative rehabilitation nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group(44 cases with conventional functional exercise of limbs)and observation group(46 cases with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation exercise in lying position),and the rehabilitation effect of the two groups was analyzed in comparison.Results The observation group was significantly higher than the control group after treatment,P<0.05;The clinical indexes in this group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05;The statistical result of complications in this group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05;The statistical result of total satisfaction in this group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of lying position traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation exercise in the rehabilitation nursing of patients after spinal internal fixation can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,improve various clinical indicators,its complication rate is lower,the total satisfaction is higher,and it is worthy of popularization.
