Effect Analysis of Timeliness Incentive Nursing Combined with Early Activity on Rehabilitation and Prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective In this study, the combination of time-effective incentive nursing and early activity was applied to the rehabilitation of cerebral hemorrhage patients, and the application effect of this way and the prevention effect of deep vein thrombosis in patients. Methods 107 patients admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to February 2021 were included as research objects, and were divided into combination group(n=54)and routine group(n=53)according to different nursing methods.Routine intervention after intracerebral hemorrhage was carried out in the conventional group,on the basis of which the combined group of patients with time effective incentive nursing and early activity combined nursing intervention was carried out. After the intervention, the rehabilitation effect, the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared. Results After intervention, the NIHSS,FMA and FMB scale scores of the two groups were improved(P<0.05).The NIHSS score of the combined group was lower than that of the conventional group, while the FMA and FMB scale scores were higher than that of the conventional group. The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the combined group was lower than that in the conventional group, and the nursing satisfaction rate in the combined group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion When implementing postoperative nursing intervention for patients with cerebral hemorrhage, the intervention mode of timeliness incentive nursing combined with early activity can enhance patients confidence in intervention and exercise consciousness, improve patients limb function and reduce the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis.
