The article mainly took a patient with heart and spleen deficiency type insomnia in to our hospital as research sample,carried on holographic ear scraping treatment for the patient,provided nursing intervention to analyze its effect.Nursing points included:holographic ear scraping,head massage,sleep care,exercise care,diet care and other measures.After intervention of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine,condition of the patient improved significantly.It can be seen that holographic ear scraping can achieve better nursing effect on insomnia patient with heart and spleen deficiency type,can improve insomnia symptoms of patient,which is worth promoting.
