Application Effect Analysis of Emergency Nursing for Patients with Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases
Objective To summarize and analyze application effect of emergency nursing for patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods The paper chose 320 patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases admitted to emergency department of our hospital from February 2022 to March 2023 as study subjects.Among them,120 cases in control group admitted by their own,were treated with routine emergency nursing assistance,200 cases in observation group were escorted to hospital by 120 ambulance emergency nursing team,treated with standardized emergency nursing intervention.Emergency response time,length of stay,nursing satisfaction degree,emergency nursing efficiency and other indicators were observed and compared between observation group and control group strictly.Results ① Observation group had shorter emergency response time(41.8±0.9)minutes and hospital stay(7.5±0.9)days than control group,effect was significant;② Nursing satisfaction degree of observation group(92.5±0.5)was higher than control group(86.5±0.7),difference was significant(P<0.05).Emergency nursing efficiency in observation group was 78.50%,significantly higher than 65.83%in control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency nursing can achieve significant effect,avoide adverse factors and prevent condition deterioration of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,can complete emergency,shorten emergency time,save lives and safety,improve emergency effect efficiently,which is worthy of promotion and application.
