Effect of Good Nursing Cooperation on the Success Rate and Complications of Laparoscopic Radical Resection for Rectal Cancer
Objective To analyze the effect of good nursing cooperation in laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer on the success rate and complications. Methods A total of 120 patients with rectal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the observation objects. They were randomly divided into observation group(good nursing cooperation,60 cases)and control group(routine nursing,60 cases).Compared and analyzed the nursing satisfaction, operation success rate, complication rate(intestinal obstruction, ureter damage, infection),and surgical indicators(operation time, intraoperative blood loss, intestinal recovery time, length of hospital stay)of the two groups after nursing respectively. Results After nursing, the nursing satisfaction and surgery success rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the operation time, intestinal recovery time and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss and complication rate were lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer, good nursing cooperation can significantly improve the success rate of surgical treatment, shorten the operation time and recovery time, and patients have higher satisfaction with nursing the occurrence rate is lower than that of conventional nursing, which is conducive to promoting post-treatment rehabilitation and is worth popularizing.
