Effect Analysis of Early Postoperative Enteral Nutrition Nursing for Patients with Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage
Objective To analyze effect of early enteral nutrition nursing for postoperative hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients. Methods The paper chose 80 postoperative hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients admitted to ICU Department of Suining County People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 as research subjects, and divided them into observation group and control group with random number table method, with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nutritional intervention, while observation group with early enteral nutrition support.Nutritional status, oxidative stress response, neurological function, and health status was compared between two groups. Results Before treatment, comparison of Hb,ALB,TP,and PAB levels between two groups showed(P>0.05).After treatment,Hb,ALB,TP,and PAB levels of two groups increased, those of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, comparison of GSH-PX,LPO,and MDA levels between two groups showed(P>0.05).After treatment, levels of GSH-PX increased in two groups, those of observation group were higher than control group, levels of LPO and MDA decreased, those of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, comparison of NIHSS and APACHE Ⅱ levels between two groups showed(P>0.05).After treatment,NIHSS and APACHE Ⅱ levels decreased in both groups, those of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After effective clinical intervention, early enteral nutrition support can improve nutritional status of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients effectively, reduce stress reactions, and facilitate recovery of patients.
