Value Study of Cognitive Behavioral Interventions for Hospitalized Patients with Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To explore and study value of cognitive behavioral intervention for hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease.Methods The paper chose 106 patients with coronary heart disease hospitalized in cardiology department of our hospital from January 2021 to March 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly,with 53 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with cognitive-behavioral intervention.Psychological status,disease cognition,and cardiac function indicators were compared between two groups.Results Observation group had lower SAS and SDS scores than control group after nursing(P<0.05).Observation group had higher mastery rate of disease knowledge,cardiac rehabilitation knowledge,self-management methods,and bad behavior improving rate than control group(P<0.05).After nursing,LVEF,LVEDD,and LVESD in observation group was significantly higher than control group,while LVEDD and LVESD was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral intervention can achieve significant value for hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease,can adjust mentality,improve disease cognition and heart function of patients.
