Application of Health Management Model of Tuberculosis in Tuberculosis Prevention and Treatment
Objective To apply the health management model of tuberculosis in the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis.Methods Among the tuberculosis patients who underwent whole course supervision and treatment in our county from January 2021 to December 2022,400 patients who met the admission criteria were selected as the selected objects of this study.The control group adopted the conventional health management mode,and the observation group applied the tuberculosis health management mode.The compliance and overall satisfaction of the two groups were compared after the course of treatment.Results After health management,it was found that the satisfaction and compliance of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion In the whole process of tuberculosis supervision and treatment,health education intervention should be taken as one of the first options,and its implementation effect is very good,this education program is worthy of promotion and use in the management of tuberculosis patients.
