Objective To explore the effect of two-person check combined fine management mode on the work efficiency and dispensing quality of outpatient pharmacy.Methods A total of 40 outpatients were selected from January 2021 to December 2021 as the pre-implementation group,and 40 outpatients were selected from January 2022 to December 2022 as the post-implementation group,and each observation index was compared between the two groups.Results The waiting time,dispensing time and drug checking time of patients in the post-implementation group were shorter than those in the pre-implementation group.The incidence of drug dispensing error in the post-implementation group was lower than that in the pre-implementation group.The total satisfaction of patients in the post-implementation group was higher than that in the pre-implementation group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The two-person check combined with fine management mode can improve the work efficiency of outpatient pharmacy,reduce the incidence of drug dispensing errors,improve the quality of drug dispensing,and improve patients'satisfaction.
