Analysis of the Influence of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing on Nutritional Status and Swallowing Function of Stroke Patients with Dysphagia
Objective To analyze the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on nutritional status and swallowing function of stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods 100 patients with cerebral apoplexy were selected from April 2020 to April 2023 in our hospital.They were grouped by drawing lots.Fifty patients were selected for routine nursing,that is the reference group,50 patients were selected for comprehensive rehabilitation nursing,and the effect of nursing was compared.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of swallowing function and daily food intake between two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the swallowing function of the study group was better than that of the reference group,and the daily food intake was higher than that of the reference group,with great difference between the groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the comparison of albumin,BMI index and total protein between the two groups before nursing,P>0.05;after nursing,the improvement of albumin,BMI index and total protein in the study group was better than that in the reference group,and there was a great difference between the groups,P<0.05;compared with the reference group,the incidence of complications in the study group was lower,and there was a great difference between the groups,P<0.05.Compared with the reference group,the nursing work satisfaction of the study group was higher,and there was a big difference between the groups,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients is more prominent,which not only improves the swallowing disorder and nutritional status of patients,but also reduces the incidence of complications and gets higher recognition from patients.The clinical application value is extremely high and can be widely implemented.
