The Diagnostic Value of Cervical Vascular Ultrasonography,Dynamic Electrocardiogram and CTA in the Degree of Coronary Artery Disease
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of cervical vascular ultrasonography, dynamic electrocardiogram and CT angiography(CTA)in the degree of coronary artery disease. Methods 146 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the results of coronary angiography, they were divided into non-severe group and severe group.Patients in both groups received cervical vascular ultrasound, dynamic electrocardiogram and CTA examination.Cervical vascular ultrasound examination indexes[atherosclerosis degree(β),carotid compliance(AC),elastic coefficient(EP),carotid media thickness(IMT)],dynamic electrocardiogram examination indexes[normal N-N interval standard deviation(SDNN),every 5min N-N were compared between the two groups standard deviation of mean interval(SDANN)and root mean square of difference between adjacent N-N intervals(RMSSD)].Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of cervical vascular ultrasound and dynamic electrocardiogram indicators in severe coronary artery disease, and the diagnostic efficacy of CTA in severe coronary artery disease. Results In severe group,β,EP and IMT were higher than those in non-severe group, and AC was lower than those in non-severe group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).SDNN,SDANN and RMSSD in severe group were lower than those in non-severe group, the differences were significant(P<0.05);ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of SDNN,SDANN combined with RMSSD for diagnosis of severe coronary artery disease was 0.930,and that of β,EP,IMT combined with AC for diagnosis of severe coronary artery disease was 0.908.With the results of coronary angiography as the gold standard, the specificity and sensitivity of CTA in the diagnosis of severe coronary artery disease were 78.05%and 89.06%.Conclusion The results of cervical vascular ultrasound, dynamic electrocardiogram and CTA are related to the degree of coronary artery disease, which is helpful for the diagnosis of severe coronary artery disease and can provide an important basis for subsequent clinical diagnosis and treatment.
