Application Comparative Analysis of Dynamic Electrocardiogram and Routine Electrocardiogram in Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To compare and analyze application value of dynamic electrocardiogram and routine electrocardiogram in diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods The paper chose 1000 related patients in our hospital from August 2021 to July 2022 as subjects,treated with routine and dynamic electrocardiogram examinations with gold standard of coronary angiography.Diagnostic effect of routine electrocardiogram examination and dynamic electrocardiogram examination was compared and analyzed for coronary heart disease,electrocardiogram indicators of two examination methods were compared.Results Sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive and negative predictive values of dynamic electrocardiogram for diagnosis of coronary heart disease were higher than routine electrocardiogram based on gold standard of coronary angiography,difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Detection rate of dynamic electrocardiogram examination for sinus block,atrioventricular block,short paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,sinus bradycardia,pre contraction,and ischemic ST-T changes was higher than routine electrocardiogram examination,difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Dynamic electrocardiogram can achieve higher value in diagnosis of coronary heart disease than routine electrocardiogram,which can improve clinical diagnostic accuracy of coronary heart disease.
