摘要
医院为扎实推进科研工作高质量开展,持续增强医院科研管理效能和服务质量,通过物质资源、人力资源合理调配,组建完整的科研模式,更好地服务科研活动.文章系统总结过往医院科研管理现状,梳理工作短板与不足,着眼医院科研管理新定位与新要求,以问题为导向,通过分析科研管理现状,明确工作思路,改进工作策略,优化工作方法,形成切实可行的科研管理效能提升策略,旨在通过管理体系优化调整,构建科研活动新业态,促进医院健康全面发展.
Abstract
To promote high-quality development of hospital scientific research work solidly,enhance efficiency of hospital scientific research management and service quality continuously,it is necessary to establish complete scientific research model,allocate material and human resources rationally to better serve scientific research activities.The article systematically summarizes current situation of hospital scientific research management in the past,sorts out shortcomings and shortcomings of work,focuses on new positioning and requirements of hospital scientific research management,analyzes current situation of scientific research management guided by problems,to clarify work ideas,improvee work strategies,optimize work methods,and form practical and feasible strategies,improve efficiency of scientific research management.The purpose is to optimize and adjust management system,build new forms of scientific research activities,promote healthy and comprehensive development of hospitals.
