Effect Exploration of Mingdao Cloud System in Improving Hospital Management Quality
Objective To analyze application effect of Mingdao Cloud System to improve quality of hospital management.Methods Our hospital has been using Mingdao Cloud System since January 2022,and adopted a routine management model before January 2022.Management quality,nursing management quality,and satisfaction degree of patients with medical services was compared before and after application of Mingdao Cloud System.Results Management quality of Mingdao Cloud System was significantly better than before,difference in management quality scores before and after application was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Nursing management quality scores after application of Mingdao Cloud System were significantly higher than before,difference in nursing management quality before and after application was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Satisfaction degree of patients with medical services after application was significantly higher than before,difference in overall satisfaction degree of patients was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Mingdao Cloud System can significantly improve quality of hospital management and nursing management,improve efficiency and level of hospital management,reduce nursing errors,risk of unexpected events effectively,and improve satisfaction degree of patients with medical services significantly,which is of great significance for promoting sustainable development of hospitals.
