关于《黄帝内经》藏象学说的体会

摘要
《黄帝内经》是中医学之祖,藏象学说是其精髓.《移精变气论》指出藏象学说是医家修成"神医"的"大则""要极".而"五脏"是"藏"的中心.基于此,本文在对藏象学说定义及本质特征进行概述的基础上,着重对脾、肾、肝、心、肺"五脏"的藏象内容及其临床应用展开了探讨,旨在为临床更好地应用藏象说指导疾病治疗提供一定依据.
Abstract
Inner Canon of Huangdi is the ancestor of traditional Chinese medicine,with essence of visceral outward manifestation theory.Theory of Transforming Essence into Qi points out visceral outward manifestation theory is"major principle"and"essential pole"for medical practitioners to cultivate"divine doctors".and"five viscera"are the center of"Zang".Based on this,the paper overviews definition and essential characteristics of visceral outward manifestation theory,and explores content and clinical applications of five viscera of spleen,kidney,liver,heart,and lung,to provide some certain basis for better clinical application of visceral outward manifestation theory to guide disease treatment.
