Curative Effect and Complications Observation of Uterine Strap Suture in Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage after Cesarean Section
Objective To analyze clinical effective mechanism of uterine harness suture in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section. Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed 60 patients with cesarean section treatment in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022.Among them, analysis group(n=30)was treated with uterine strap suture, and reference group(n=30)with traditional gauze filling.Surgical time, postoperative outcome indicators, length of stay, and incidence of complications were compared between two groups. Results Analysis group had shorter surgical time and lower intraoperative bleeding than control group, data comparison was significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in postoperative vaginal bleeding between two groups(P>0.05).Out of bed time, duration of uterine contractions, duration of lochia, length of stay in analysis group was significantly shorter than control group, data comparison was significant(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in analysis group(4 cases, accounting for 13.33%)was significantly lower than control group(13 cases, accounting for 43.33%),data comparison was significant(χ2=6.648,P=0.009).Conclusion During treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section, uterine harness suture surgery can help shorten surgical time, reduce intraoperative bleeding, promote clinical symptom recovery, and reduce incidence of complications, which can be promoted.
