Effect Observation of Hysteroscopy Combined with Mannitol and Dydrogesterone in Treatment of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding During Perimenopause
Objective To explore effect of hysteroscopy combined with mannitol and dydrogesterone in treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopause.Methods The paper chose 82 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopause admitted to Zhangye City the Second People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 for study,and divided them into two groups with random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.Control group and observation group was treated with hysteroscopy combined with dydrogesterone,and hysteroscopy combined with mannitol respectively.Curaitve effect,endometrial and menstrual changes,sex hormone levels,and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate of observation group was 97.56%,higher than 78.05%of control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,thickness of endometrium,menstrual volume,and menstrual time in observation group were(6.43±1.08)mm,(24.26±5.31)ml,and(4.66±0.73)d respectively,those in control group were(8.77±1.12)mm,(56.73±6.32)ml,and(7.55±1.06)d respectively.Changes in endometrium and menstrual status in both groups were significantly improved,improvement in observation group was better than(P＜0.05).After treatment,levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),and estradiol(E2)in observation group were(11.46±1.21)U/L,(9.25±1.07)U/L,and(213.41±22.06)pmol/L respectively,those of control group were(13.65±1.16)U/L,(11.31±1.02)U/L,and(334.18±21.05)pmol/L.Levels of sex hormones in both groups decreased,decrease degree in observation group was more significant than control group(P＜0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 19.51%,lower than 2.44%in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with mannitol can regulate sex hormone levels,improve related symptoms significantly in treatment of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopause,with better curative effect and lower adverse reactions than hysteroscopy combined with dydrogesterone.
