Clinical Effect Comparative Analysis of Minimally Invasive Closed Reduction with Hollow Screw Internal Fixation and Traditional Open Reduction with Steel Plate Fixation in Treatment of Calcaneal Fractures
Objective To evaluate effect of traditional open reduction with steel plate fixation and minimally invasive closed reduction with hollow screw internal fixation in treatment of calcaneal fractures. Methods The paper chose 80 patients(from October 2018 to March 2023)met indications of calcaneal fractures, and divided them into two groups with coin throwing methods,40 cases in each group.Study group was treated with minimally invasive closed reduction and hollow screw internal fixation, and control group with traditional open reduction and steel plate fixation.Clinical indicators and excellent rate of foot function after treatment were compared by statistical calculation tool. Results Clinical indicators of study group were better than control group,with(P<0.05),indicating statistical significance.Excellent rate of foot function in study group was higher than control group, difference analysis was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive closed reduction and hollow screw internal fixation can achieve positive significance in improving excellent rate of foot function, shortening surgery and length of stay, improving Böhler angle and Gissane angle of calcaneus, which has high promotion value.
