Application Effect of Non-Invasive Ventilation in Clinical Treatment of Severe Pneumonia Patients Complicated with Respiratory Failure
Objective To analyze effect of non-invasive ventilation in treatment of severe pneumonia patients complicated with respiratory failure. Methods The paper chose 78 severe pneumonia patients complicated with respiratory failure in our hospital from October 2021 to November 2022 as study subjects, and divided them into two groups randomly,39 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine treatment, while study group with non-invasive ventilation as adjunctive treatment.Treatment effect between two groups was compared and analyzed, including five aspects:blood gas analysis indicators, lung function indicators, cardiac function indicators, levels of inflammatory factors and treatment effectiveness. Results Study group had higher treatment effective rate, better blood gas analysis indicators, heart function indicators, and lung function indicators than routine group. It had lower levels of inflammatory factors, difference in various indicators between two groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Non-invasive ventilators as adjunctive therapy can improve cardiac and pulmonary function indicators, enhance treatment effect for severe pneumonia patients complicated with respiratory failure, which has high clinical application value.
