Application of Personalized Contrast Dose in CTA Trigger Scanning of Thoracic and Abdominal Aorta
Objective To investigate the application value of personalized contrast agent dose in CTA trigger scanning of thoracic and abdominal aorta.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent CTA examination of thoracic and abdominal aorta in North Guangdong People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group according to random number table method.Control group and observation group were given conventional dose contrast agent and individual dose contrast agent,respectively.The subjective radiographic results,CT values and adverse reactions of thoracic and abdominal aorta were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The CT values of L2 level abdominal aorta,T7 level thoracic aorta,aortic arch and aortic bifurcation were compared between the two groups(P＞0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The personalized contrast dose according to body mass has a higher application value in CTA triggered scan of the thoracic and abdominal aorta,and can obtain images with satisfactory diagnostic quality and good safety.
