Current Status and Influencing Factors Analysis of Multiple Drug Resistance of Postoperative Patients With Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective To explore current status of multi drug resistance of postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage and analyze its influencing factors. Methods The paper chose 86 postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to ICU of neurology department of our hospital from February 2018 to February 2023 as research subjects for observational study, analyzed current status of multi drug resistance statistically, and risk factors for developing multi drug resistance. Results There were 70 cases of basal ganglia hemorrhage, accounting for 81.40%,14 cases of thalamic hemorrhage, accounting for 16.28%,and 2 cases of cerebellar hemorrhage breaking into ventricle, accounting for 2.32%among 86 postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage, with age range from 40 to 86,with an average of(53.69±9.23).There were 52 males, accounting for 60.47%,and 34 females, accounting for 39.53%.General information and univariate analysis was as follows:consciousness status, type(number)of antibacterial drug use,GCS scores, and indwelling nasogastric tube were independent risk factors for multi drug resistance of postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage(P<0.05).Conclusion Incidence of multiple drug resistance of postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage is as high as 24.42%,it is urgent for medical personnel to intervene in a timely manner.Clinical staff should eliminate abuse of antibiotics for the high-risk people, carry out targeted prevention and management in advance to reduce incidence of multiple drug resistance of postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
