Application Effect of Small Bone Flap Through Lateral Fissure Approach For Hematoma Removal of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage
Objective To explore effect of small bone flap through lateral fissure approach for hematoma removal in treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods The paper chose 64 HICH patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 as experimental subjects, and divided them into two groups randomly with number table method.Control group(n=32)was treated with traditional craniotomy and bone flap surgery, while observation group(n=32)with small bone flap surgery for hematoma removal through lateral fissure approach.Clinical effect between two groups was compared and analyzed. Results Observation group had less intraoperative bleeding, shorter surgical time, postoperative coma time, and length of stay, and higher hematoma clearance rate than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in mortality rates between 1 and 3 months after surgery(P>0.05).After 1 month and 3 months of surgery, daily living ability scores in observation group were higher(P<0.05).Incidence of postoperative complications in observation group and control group was 37.50%and 87.50%respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).Total effective rate of observation group was 78.13%,higher than 53.13%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Small bone flap through lateral fissure approach can achieve definite curative effect for hematoma removal of HICH patients, can reduce intraoperative bleeding, shorten postoperative recovery time, enhance daily living ability and reduce postoperative complications, which has high promotion value.
