Clinical Effect of Western Medicine Combined with Acupuncture at Dong's Acupoint and Yupingfeng Powder in Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis with Lung Qi Deficiency Cold Syndrome
Objective To study clinical effect of Western medicine combined with acupuncture at Dong's acupoint and Yupingfeng powder in treatment of allergic rhinitis with lung qi deficiency cold syndrome.Methods The paper chose 47 patients with allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency cold syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,and divided them into control group(23 cases)and study group(24 cases)randomly.Control group was treated with routine Western medicine treatment,while study group with acupuncture at Dong's acupoint combined with Yupingfeng powder treatment.After one course of treatment,total effective rate,clinical symptoms,life quality,and adverse reactions were compared between two groups,recurrence rate was compared after followup of six months between two groups.Results Total effective rate of study group was 95.83%(23/24),significantly higher than 73.91%(17/23)of control group,(P＜0.05).Main nasal symptom assessment(TNSS)of control group was(3.71±0.35)points,rhinitis life quality scores(RQLQ)were(36.15±3.32)points,those in study group were(3.12±0.29)points and(28.64±2.59)points respectively,significantly lower than control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P＞0.05).Recurrence rate of patients in control group was 34.78%(8/23),significantly higher than 8.33%(2/24)in study group,(P＜0.05).Conclusion Combination of Western medicine and acupuncture at Dong's acupoint and Yupingfeng powder is beneficial for allergic rhinitis with lung qi deficiency cold syndrome,can improve clinical symptoms and overall effective rate,life quality,reduce recurrence rate,without increasing adverse reactions,which has a good clinical treatment effect.
