Effect of Dexmedetomidine on Stress Response of Patients During Recovery Period in Combination of Resting and General Anesthesia Scheme
Objective To investigate effect of dexmedetomidine on stress response of patients during recovery period in combination of resting and general anesthesia scheme. Methods The paper chose 80 patients with combined general anesthesia in the hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups with random number table method.Control group(n=40)was treated with target controlled infusion of propofol and remifentanil as adjuvant anesthesia, while observation group(n=40)with dexmedetomidine as adjuvant anesthesia.SBP and DBP levels, stress response indicators, anesthesia indicators, anesthesia satisfaction degree were compared at different time periods between two groups. Results There was no significant difference in SBP and DBP levels between two groups before entering operation room, general anesthesia, and intubation after general anesthesia(P>0.05).However,during skin cutting, abdominal incision, suture, and extubation,SBP and DBP levels in observation group were lower than control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Various stress response indicators of observation group were lower than control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Levels of various anesthesia indicators in observation group were lower than control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Anesthesia satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine as an adjunctive anesthesia in combination with resting general anesthesia can alleviate stress response of patients during recovery period, control blood pressure, improve anesthesia satisfaction degree, and improve anesthesia indicators, which is worthy of promotion.
