Effect of Hysteroscopic Tubal Intubation and Fluid Patency in Treatment of Infertility Patients
Objective To study effect of hysteroscopic tubal catheterization and fluid patency in treatment of infertility. Methods The paper chose 100 infertile patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to June 2020 as study subjects, and divided them into two groups evenly with odd even numbers.Control group was treated with routine tubal catheterization and fluid therapy, while experimental group with hysteroscopic tubal catheterization and fluid therapy.Curative effect was compared. Results Effective rate and pregnancy rate of experimental group were significantly higher than control group, incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in surgical time, intraoperative blood loss, and out of bed time compared with control group,P>0.05.Conclusion Hysteroscopic tubal intubation and fluid patency can achieve significant effect for infertility.During tubal catheterization and fluid treatment for infertile patients, hysteroscopy can be used in a timely manner to improve quality and efficiency of treatment continuously.
