Clinical Effect Observation of Metoprolol Succinate Combined with Trimetazidine in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Patients with Heart Failure
Objective To analyze curative effect of metoprolol succinate combined with trimetazidine for patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods The paper chose 66 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 for study,treated with routine treatment,divided them into control group(treated with metoprolol succinate)and observation group(with metoprolol succinate combined with trimetazidine)randomly,33 cases in each group.Curative effect was observed.Results After treatment,heart rate,blood pressure level,heart function,coagulation function,and inflammatory factors of observation group were significantly higher than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol succinate combined with trimetazidine can improve various physical indicators of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.
