Effect of Closed Negative Pressure Drainage Combined with Free Skin Grafting and Skin Flap Transplantation for Refractory Infected Wounds in the Limbs
Objective To observe effect of closed negative pressure drainage combined with free skin grafting, and skin flap transplantation in treatment of refractory infected wounds in the limbs. Methods The paper chose 70 patients with intractable infectious wound in the limbs from January 2022 to December 2022 in our hospital as study subjects, and divided them into control group with odd numbers, and observation group with even numbers, with 35 research subjects in each group. The former was treated with routine therapy, while the latter with combination of closed negative pressure drainage, free skin grafting, and skin flap transplantation.Difference in inflammation level, pain level, recovery of clinical related indicators, treatment effect, and incidence of complications were compared between two groups. Results Observation group had lower inflammation related indicators, milder pain(NRS),better recovery of clinical related indicators, higher total effective rate of treatment, and lower incidence of complications than control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive treatment of closed negative pressure drainage, free skin grafting, and skin flap transplantation can reduce inflammation and pains at the lesion site of wounds with intractable infections of limbs significantly, with better recovery after treatment, lower incidence of complications, high safety and significant curative effect.
