Observation on the Value of Sijunzi Decoction in Treating Spleen and Stomach Gas Deficiency Syndrome of TCM Internal Medicine
Objective To investigate the curative effect and value of Sijunzi decoction in the treatment of spleen and stomach gas deficiency syndrome in TCM internal medicine.Methods 100 patients with spleen and stomach gas deficiency syndrome received from the Department of Spleen and Stomach Diseases of the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the objects of this observation study,and they were divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)according to the differences in treatment methods.The observation group was treated with Sijunzi Decoction,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The TCM syndrome scores,discomfort symptoms,overall efficacy and recurrence of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the main syndrome score,secondary syndrome score and total TCM syndrome score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);The overall incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).The overall efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Sijunzi Decoction for patients with spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome has high safety,which can adjust the spleen and stomach of patients,strengthen the spleen and gas,increase their immunity,accelerate metabolism,and significantly improve the spleen and stomach transportation and other functions,promote their return to normal as soon as possible,reduce the recurrence rate of diseases,and can be widely promoted and popularized in clinical related diseases of TCM internal medicine,with relatively significant effect and application value.
