Significance of Combined Detection of EB Virus DNA,LDH,and Ferritin in Diagnosis of Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma
Objective To observe and analyze significance of EB virus DNA,LDH,and ferritin combined detection in diagnosis of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Methods The paper chose 50 lymphoma patients and 50 patients with lymphadenitis in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2022,and divided them into lymphoma group of 50 cases and control group of 50 cases.Positive detection rate of EB virus DNA,LDH levels, and ferritin levels in blood of lymphoma group and control group with combination of EB virus DNA,LDH,and ferritin,to determine difference between two groups. Results Positive detection rate of DNA was significantly higher than control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Comparison of serum showed,LDH and ferritin levels in lymphoma group were significantly higher than control group. The higher LDH and ferritin level indicates, the higher probability of diagnosing malignant tumors, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of EB virus DNA,LDH,and ferritin is of great significance in diagnosis of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, which has significant detection effect.
