Curative Effect Exploration of Rhizoma Alismatis Herbal Medicine Decoction as an Adjunct To Western Medicine in Treatment of Primary Hypertension
Objective To analyze curative effect of rhizoma alismatis herbal medicine decoction as an adjunct to western medicine in treatment of primary hypertension.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with primary hypertension from June 2022 to June 2023,and divided them into observation group(30 cases,treated with rhizoma alismatis herbal medicine decoction and western medicine)and control group(30 cases,treated with Western medicine)randomly.Clinical Effect,changes in blood pressure levels,and TCM symptom scores of patients were analyzed.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The DBP,SBP and TCM symptom score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05)Conclusion Rhizoma alismatis herbal medicine decoction as an adjunct to western medicine treatment can significantly improve clinical effect,blood pressure levels,and reduce traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,improve prognosis of primary hypertension patients,which is worthy of widespread promotion.
