Azacitidine Combined with Low-Dose Cytarabine in Treatment of Elderly Acute Leukemia
Objective To analyze effect of azacytidine combined with low-dose cytarabine in treatment of elderly acute leukemia.Methods The paper chose 78 elderly patients with acute leukemia met research criteria in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 as subjects,and divided them into control group and experimental group with digital double-blind method,with 39 cases in each group.During treatment process,control group was treated with routine scheme(CAG scheme),while experimental group with azacitidine and low-dose cytarabine.Immune function,clinical effect,peripheral blood cell changes,prognosis,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results Levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in experimental group were higher than control group after treatment,while levels of NK cells were lower than control group,with no statistically significant difference(P＞0.05).Total clinical effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,levels of N,Hb,and PLT in experimental group were significantly higher than control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Platelet recovery time and neutrophil recovery time of experimental group was significantly earlier than control group,and platelet infusion volume was significantly lower than control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).in cidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was significantly lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Combination of azacytidine and low-dose cytarabine can achieve definite effect for elderly acute leukemia,can improve level of peripheral blood cells in the body,improve treatment effect,with no significant effect on immune function and low incidence of adverse reactions,help improve prognosis with ideal combination drug effect,which is worthy of promotion.
