Effect of Prescription Specific Reviews on Rational Medication of Psychiatric Patients
Objective To evaluate effect of prescription specific reviews on rational use of medication of psychiatric patients,and improve effect and safety of drug treatment.Methods The paper chose 200 psychiatric patients in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group in a 1:1 ratio randomly,with 100 cases in each group.Difference in scores for unreasonable medical orders,adverse reactions,and prescription rationality was evaluated between two groups.Results Through prescription specific reviews,observation group had better unreasonable medical orders,adverse reactions,and reasonable prescriptions than control group(P<0 05).Rational drug use of observation group was significantly better than control group.Conclusion Prescription specific reviews can achieve positive effect on rational use of medication for psychiatric patients,can optimize medication and reduce risks of adverse reactions effectively.It is recommended to incorporate includingsessments into routine clinical practice to promote treatment and safety of psychiatric patients.
